Key Features:
- This modular design man portable drilling rig is reliable, convenient to use and can be quickly disassembled. Like other drilling rigs, it houses engine, power swivel, aerodynamic system, mast assy, console platform, drilling tool, and other standard components. It can be used in plain, mountains, hills, forests, seasonal farmland, mines, geologic framework investigation, and other drilling projects.
- Just like other drilling rig, it can adopt different drilling methods, from air drilling, mud drilling, auger drilling, casing drilling and DTH hammer drilling. It has maximum drilling depth of 40 meters.
- The design of the belt driven hydraulic pump can be optimized. It can have hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank, cooler and reversing valve. This combination helps in improving the balance weight at the well head. The rectangular pipe and the slide plate welded together makes Mast assy.
- We have incorporated hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve and hydraulic pump of well known brands.
- The machine is equipped with hydraulic balance valve and reducing valve, which allows effective drilling tools hoisting and steady push down with load. The safety and reliability of the system is significantly improved.
- For improving the drilling efficiency and achieve perpendicularity of the hole, a self-adaption system to stratum is employed. This also minimizes driller's handle control time. A roller chain driven by hydraulic motor hoists and push down the drilling tools.
- High capacity in-built lithium battery reduces the weight at maximum limit. Power swivel of the machine divides bearing chamber and circulation drilling fluid to minimize the chances of damage to bearing.
- This machine has DTH hammer with inter convertible high/low frequency.
- This machine has a safety & warning mark for the security of operator.
