Key Features:
The rubber crawler chassis is driven by hydraulic motor via gear box, which is known for its speed, lower ground pressure, flexibility to ground surface. The hydraulic operation of chassis walking or rig can be either manually operated or through remote control.
A 14hp gasoline engine powers the rig, that gives the power considered minimum in the field. Slide way type mast comprises rectangular section material with a welded slide plate. A new type of power swivel is fitted to separate the fluid circulation channel and the bearing shell; resulting in minimizing the probability of bearing damage. A hydraulic motor drives a roller chain system that either hosts or pulls down drilling tools. The roller chain is of 12A type which can lift 1500kg at the same time safely and reliably. Drill rig has a weight balance system for easy movement, safe and reliable working of rig. The system sets the pressure relief valve and hydraulic balance valve.
